Single Piece Construction

SunStar uses an over-molding process which produces a one-piece header and riser unit. No seams or welds means no stress or age cracks — and allows SunStar to withstand very high temperatures and burst pressures.

SunStar collectors, when installed, have smaller gaps between collectors than the competitor and show minimal installation hardware. SunStar installations are simple, sleek and aesthetically pleasing.


Low Head Loss

Riser tubes have open, full flow design eliminating high head pressures and protecting against clogging. Lower head pressure keeps pumping requirements to a minimum which helps to maximize efficiency!
